* 30-50 partners (Focus on small to medium business)
* Apply tier system - Hold higher AFI , get higher privilege
* Segmented Marketing & Promotion Target Group

**Phase 3**

* More than 100 partners (Focus on medium to large business)
* Upgrade dApp with better functionality
* Adjust tier system - Hold higher AFI, get higher privilege
* Mass Marketing & Promotion Target Group
